Payment terminal current transaction cancellation
RELEASED IN V4.5 An operator made a mistake in the order? They would like to cancel it but you find frustrating to have to use the cancel button in the TPE?
This situation can be even more tricky if the operator does not have access to the TPE due to a physical separation of the operator and the TPE. Currently the only solution would be to ask the clients to click on the cancel button themselves.
Thanks to this evolution, the operator will be able to cancel the payment on the terminal directly from s360 !
Solution
We now added a cancel button in the s360 buy flow that cancel the payment on the terminal
