Released in V4.1 Managing and renewing your Apple Pay certificate can be time-consuming. We’re excited to announce that you can now use Adyen’s Apple Pay certificate, which is automatically renewed — no action required on your side.

Solution

With support for Adyen’s Apple Pay certificate, you no longer need:

An Apple Developer Account
A Mac computer
To manually manage certificates or domain validations

We’ll handle everything for you.

Getting started

If you’re already using Apple Pay with your own certificate, you can switch to the Adyen-managed certificate. This will eliminate the need for future renewals or manual maintenance.

If you’re not yet using Apple Pay, this new option makes activation easier than ever — no developer account or manual setup required.

In both cases, simply create a service ticket requesting to use the Adyen certificate, and our service team will guide you through the process and handle the setup for you.
