Receipt for cash transactions (none sales)
releaseD in v4.6 Are you taking cash payments outside of standard sales, to credit or balance an account? You can now configure an automatic receipt or print a receipt on demand for past transactions.
Solution
We have introduced a new Accounts transaction document type for cash payments that are not part of a regular sales, i.e., cash payments done for a pending account, credit balance, deposit, installment or bank agreement).
Once configured, the receipt will be automatically printed for each successful cash transaction. The receipt can also be printed on demand later on for any paid transaction.
Getting started
Configuration
The accounts transaction document type is available by default for all institutions.
In Document to send, assign this Accounts transaction document type to the relevant sales channels.

An Accounts transaction document is configured in the Document to send for the sales channel, and
The organization setting “Print receipt only on request” is set to “no”.
The receipt will be printed for any cash payment done in the following screens
Pending account
Credit balance
Deposit
Installment
Bank agreement
Manual print from Payment list
In the Payment list screen, a receipt can be printed for any PAID payment by selecting the payment and clicking on the new Print receipt button.
