Post-purchase Ticket Protection (S-Cover)

Released in V4.1 Do you offer ticket protection to your customers? While ticket protection is usually offered during the initial purchase, you can now also promote ticket protection after sales.

 

Solution

 

Ticket protection can be offered as a post-purchase option on three different places of the ticketshop:

  • Order confirmation page – right after completing the ticket purchase.

  • Customer account page – for the most recent order that has not yet been protected.

  • File details page – within the customer’s order details view.

Getting started

Configuration

In the cross-selling screen, configure a post-selling profile that targets the ticket protect product and set the Post selling location’s visibility option to “Both places”.

Ticketshop

When a user logs in to their account homepage, they will now see an ticket protection prompt displayed for their most recent order that has not yet been protected.

By clicking Subscribe now, the user can immediately proceed to purchase the protection.
