Enhance visibility: All seats in one view

RELEASED IN V1.5 Are you looking to provide a complete overview of all available seating options to your customers? Your customers can now view both standard and exclusive seats together in a single, unified seat map view.

Solution

We have improved the seat map experience! The seat map now displays both standard and exclusive tickets simultaneously during seat selection. This ensures users can see the full range of available inventory without needing to switch between different views.

For the "Exclusive seats only" filter

  • ON (Default): Filters the map to only show exclusive seats.

  • OFF: Displays all seats (Standard + Exclusive).

Getting started

To enable this behavior, ensure the POS parameter "Allow exclusive seats and normal seats to be purchased together" is enabled.

If this parameter is disabled, the system will revert to its legacy behavior:

  • Users eligible for an advantag

  • Users not eligible for an advantage will only see standard seats.
