Simple event statistics in Backoffice
As following event statistics is one of the most common reporting needs, we introduce a dedicated backoffice screen to simply access the corresponding reporting domain.
You can select up to 8 events and easily follow their tickets statistics on screen: global, activation, transfers.
By default, the latest statistics are displayed (near-live data), but you can fetch the statistics at any given point in the past by selecting a specific date & time in the top field.
The data displayed are directly coming for the Reporting endpoint - Event statistics.
Details of each statistic:
Global statistic:
Provides an overview of all tickets related to the event, categorized by their current state (e.g., valid, downloaded, pending transfer, activated, control). This offers organizers a quick snapshot of ticket distribution.
All percentage columns will be calculated based on the “TOTAL VALID” column.
Columns may contain overlapping values, so the total percentage of all columns may not equal 100%.
For example:
The "Not downloaded" column includes values from "Never downloaded"
Tickets can be downloaded, controlled, and activated simultaneously.
Activation statistic:
Shows the number of activated tickets and the methods of activation (e.g., manual, offline).
Percentages for the OFFLINE ACTIVATION and MANUAL ACTIVATION columns will be based on the “ACTIVATED” column.
The total percentage of these two columns will equal 100%.
Transfer statistic:
Displays historical data on ticket transfers during the event, including the number of tickets transferred once, twice, third, fourth or more, or never transfer.
All percentage columns will be calculated based on the “TOTAL” column.
The total percentage of all columns, except the Total, will equal 100%.
