Introducing the New Distribution Dashboard: Enhanced Ticket Management and Insights
Are you distributing large volumes of tickets across multiple events or partners? We’ve introduced a set of powerful updates to make your work faster, clearer, and more scalable.
A completely redesigned Distribution Dashboard gives you real-time, visual insights into ticket allocation and status.
The new Advanced Ticket Management view lets you access detailed seat and ownership information — no need to return to the seat map.
And if you need to reclaim tickets, that process is now handled through the Distribution Portal, offering more flexibility and smarter bulk selection.
Solution
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find a summary view showing overall distribution metrics:

Distributed
Left to distribute
This high-level snapshot gives you immed
Below that, you can drill down per event to see:
Total
Remaining
Distributed
Downloaded
Reclaimable
Each of these is presented through interactive pie charts that reflect real-time data, helping you monitor progress at a glance.
You can also filter by ticket category, giving you more precise control when managing complex distributions across different segments or offers.
To maintain performance:
For under 10,000 tickets, data is displayed instantly.
For 10,000+ tickets, filtering is required to ensure smooth operation.
This update is designed to make high-volume ticket distribution easier, more transparent, and scalable — no matter how complex your setup.
Improvements in Distribution Portal
Managing individual tickets just got easier. We’ve enhanced the ticket detail view so you no longer need to navigate back to the seat map for key information.

Ticket Reclaim Process Moved to Distribution Portal
Need to take back tickets? This action has now moved from the dashboard to the Distribution Portal, where you’ll find broader capabilities and more detailed context.
Here’s how it works:
Toggle on "Already distributed tickets" in the portal.
Open Details on any ticket you want to reclaim.
Use the "Add to Cart" action to select tickets.
Assign the reclaimed tickets back to yourself or another user.
