Solution
We took all the good stuff of our old lottery, got rid of all the pain points and built a brand new lottery module with additional capabilities.
First of all the new module is fully integrated into the core system of SECUTIX, so there is no need to synchronize contacts. It runs on our regular B2C sales channel, so all the branding is done only once for all. The lottery front-end directly inherits the look&feel from your usual sales channel.
On the back-office side, you can now easily, and autonomously, create multiple lotteries and run them all on the same B2C sales channel. All the back-office screens and batches to run our draw operations have been improved to make t
All the contact limits, sales incompatibility rules and tariff restrictions and dependencies are directly enforced during the application, ensuring that any application is 100% valid.
Last but not least, you can now run automated payments to maximize conversion rates and then, if necessary, repeat the draw process for any percentage of tickets that remain. And you can do that for both unseated and seated sales.
Getting started
Ask your account manager to activate the lottery module.
Once activated, you will be able to see a new menu in your back-office and create as many lotteries as you want. A lottery can be associated to many sales channels simultaneously.

If your payment provider is S-PAY, you can request a credit card authorization as part of the application process, and then automatically take payments for all winning applications, thus maximizing the conversion rate.
