Manually force validation of emails
While forcing email validation goes a long way in ensuring clean data and avoid being flagged as a spammer, allowing certain operators to manually validated emails is really useful for supporting cases where users never receives the validation email.
Solution
New “Validate email” buttons, triggered by a new operator right, have been added in both the contact details screen and the list of contacts screen.
This feature should only be provided to unblock real users whose emails cannot be verified through the normal email verification process. Operators should be mindful of only validating emails that have been checked visually or orally. It is not meant to bulk validate unknown emails, e.g., after a bulk import.

Operator right
In the contact management section of the contacts module, check the “Validate email” right.
Contact module
On the top of the list of individual contacts, a new “Validate email” button is displayed for operators having the “Validate email” right.
In the contact details screen, below the email address and next to the “Send email verification” button, a new “Validate email” button is displayed for operators having the “Validate email” right.
