This page details how to take back seats that have not been injected or downloaded from the match seat map.
Instructions
Step-by-step Instructions:
Log in to Distribution Portal (B2C) as usual.
Navigate to ‘Ticket distribution portal’.
Click on the drop-down arrow of the Colleague section (top left side). Then select the primary contact for your venue.
Click the 'seat map” button next to the game to choose the tickets to take back.
Switch off “Display available” toggle and turn on “Display distributed” toggle.
Select the seat you wish to take back from the seat map, then click ‘Add to Cart.’ (Elegible seats will be colored in blue - selected seats will show a black outline in comparison to the unselected seats).
Click “Assign to me” and press continue (since you are acting as the LOC Primary Contact, the tickets will be assigned to their contact).
Click ‘Distribute tickets’.
