Spectator V4 Bulk actions
Why do you need bulk spectator actions ?
Here are typical use cases of actions that should be regularly performed on huge number (or even all) spectators:
Regular spectator anonymization upon request or after competition/season end to comply with GDPR or other policies;
Cleaning up spectators’ associated devices to ensure the device constraints will be applied without taking into account history from past competition or season;
Force log out of all users after and IDP configuration change for instance;
Locking accounts of spectators due to violations of the terms & conditions.
With Spectators V4, you can now perform these bulk actions on spectators directly in Backoffice.
How to Use Spectators bulk actions in TIXNGO Backoffice
1. Access Requirements
Spectator bulk actions are only available to the users having the ADMIN role.
2. Start a New Bulk Action
Navigate to the Spectators bulk actions screen.
Click New bulk action.
3. Choose Your Targets
Option 1: Upload a List
Upload a CSV file with up to 10,000 spectator emails.
For more than 10,000 emails, split them into multiple files.
Option 2: All Spectators
Select “All spectators” for the chosen mobile app (bundle app ID on the top right).
4. Select the Action
For CSV List Targets:
Choose from the available actions for the selected spectators.
For All Spectators:
Only these actions are supported:Force spectator
Delete all devices of spectators
5. Review and Confirm
Carefully review your selections and settings.
Confirm everything is correct before applying the bulk action.
6. Success
Once confirmed, the bulk action will be processed. You can track and view results in the history list of the Spectators bulk actions screen
