What's changed on TIXNGO Backoffice when moving from Spectator V3 to Spectator V4

Support search by

• Email (select from email dropdown)

• First name (exact search - case & accent sensitive)

• Last name (exact search - case & accent sensitive)

• App version (exact search)

• 10 items per page

• User can click on the hyperlink to see the list of devices of a spectator

• Device actions buttons are available for each line

Export data

• Include spectators data and spectator devices data, and it is integrated to the DATA & ANALYTICS > Downloads screen

• Other information are moved under the Personal information tab

• The app language is manage by mobile app for loading content in selected language

• The anonymize and lock/unlock buttons are moved from Spectators screen to this Spectator support screen

• [NEW - Feb 26, 2026] When account.deletion.mode in Application Settings is set to Manage by Organizer, the Anonymize action is simplified. The prompt to choose Remove immediately or Communicate to spectator has been removed. Clicking Anonymize now anonymizes the account immediately.
