Following last year’s workshops on support screens, we’re happy to unveil the newly redesigned Ticket & Spectator Support screens—purpose-built to provide support teams with a clear, structured, and actionable view of any ticket or spectator.
The two main TIXNGO V3 screens of the back-office have been migrated to
Ticket Support : to view the details of a ticket
Spectator Support : to view the profile of a spectator, his tickets, his communication & mobile logs
They are now, directly accessible from the left menu, via 2 distinct entries.
