UPCOMING Do you want to extend your ticket protection offering? You can now offer ticket protect during an exchange from the back-office/box-office.
Solution
The ticket protection option is available in the exchange cart. The system will automatically compute the difference to be paid, if necessary, or automatically apply the protection to the new ticket, if no additional payment is required.
