New lottery 2.0 [internal configuration]

The following items need to be changed in order to activate the new lottery 2.0 for a customer:

  • Activate "Ballot" package in ELCADMIN

  • Activate "BALLOT_PRODUCT" feature flag

  • Ask service team to run DB script to have the menus pointing to the new lottery, instead of old lottery
