Setting up event codes

Here, we will enter the mappings between secutix products and Fortress Product.

1. Go into organisation/tools/List of interfaces and go to "Fortress GB" interface.

2. Click on "mappings" menu.

   1. To set up a mapping for a competition.

      1. Create a PRODUCT mapping corresponding to the competition and add value "-1". (this value means : "product is managed by Fortress, but Fortress event mappings will be found inside performance mappings")

      2. For each of the matches, create a PERFORMANCE mapping and enter the values expected by Fortress setup.

   2. To set up a mapping for a season ticket. 

      1. Create a PRODUCT mapping corresponding to the season ticket and add the fortress code.

Creating events inside Fortress

1. Go into organisation/tools/List of interfaces and go to "Fortress GB" interface.

2. Click on "schedules" menu.

3. Create a schedule of kind "create missing events"

4. Enter the SecuTix competition code in the appropriate field.

5. Click on "immediate execution". The batch will create the events in Fortress using either : the product mappings already set up above. OR an implicit mapping based on SecuTix product's code.
