- Optimize your integrations by streamlining the calls made to perform specific actions.
Monitoring API usage
With Keys, you can:
- Monitor inbound and outbound API calls: Track calls coming into your systems (like those from a custom ticket shop) and calls going out (like those to a CRM integration).
- Identify recurring errors: Quickly see and address frequent issues.
- Check activities of virtual operators: Whether internal or external, understand each operator's actions in your system.
Visualizing Data
Keys provides graphical representations of your data over time, allowing for intuitive understanding and analysis:
- Time Filters: Customize the time range of data displayed using the menu on the left. You can click on a specific bar in the graph to zoom into that time frame.
- Key Filters: Focus on a specific virtual operator or "key" to see their specific activities.
- Detailed Analysis: Each item on the dashboard represents a combination of a key and an API method (e.g., MOSA_B2C/getCatalogDetailed). Click on the small arrow at the end of an item's line to expand details such as call size, payload, response type, response time, and origin IP.
