With the Designer email editor there is no need to
rely on an external agency or to knemails with great design flexibility and little effort, manage your media files, re-use saved content, add comments for review and much more...
With very intuitive and easy drag-n-drop features, the editor allows you to:
- Define the global settings of your template, such as the default font or the background color.
- Add rows, aka. elements of structure that you can save and reuse in another template.
- Add and configure content: title, text, images, buttons, social media links, etc.
- Manage your images in folders.
- Add comments for review by colleagues.
- Preview the result on desktop or mobile.
- And much more...
On the left you can see the general layout of a brand new email template.
In the central zone, you will be able to see the following:
This button will enable you to see how the message would be displayed in a computer or in a smartphone. The option selected will have the- blue background.
This two links (View in browser and Unsubscribe) will always be added automatically to your emails. To be compliant with the GDPR, you must keep the Unsubscribe link available and visible in all the marketing emails you'll send.
Once you start editing your email template, these buttons will appear on the bottom left of the email template creation zone. With them you'll be able to go back and forth between modifications.- On the left, all the options within the tabs Content, Rows and Settings will enable you to build your email.
