Overview of the Package
By default, SecuTix SECUTIX guarantees to each client a combined base access rate across all client’s ticketshops measured in ACS (see glossary below). However, in certain cases such as peak periods or high-intensity sales, this standard access rate might be insufficient to meet the client’s business needs.
PeakProtectPEAKPROTECT+ pack is SecuTix SECUTIX's solution tailored to address these requirements for clients running S360 platform on a shared slot. This package is structured as a base package sold on a yearly basis, with the option to further enhance the access rate with a MAX option, available on a per-sale event basis.

Reduced ACS rates applied to protect any client-specific integration not contracted through SecuTix SECUTIX are not covered by the compensation agreement.
Refunds will not be available if the access rates described in the terms of service are not reached due to third-party components delivered by a provider other than SecuTix SECUTIX (e.g. payment gateway).
