In this new release, we now support printing thermal tickets on receipt printer. Please follow the below instructions to configure this function
Note 1 : this new functionally is support Receipt Printer EPSON TM-T88, other printers or versions are not supported.
Note 2: make sure you have configured the printing speed, otherwise, it will be very slow (How to change the serial transfer speed in Epson TMT88V Receipt printer)
1. Hardware family: make sure the family type "Receipt Printer" is enabled and you can configure a "Receipt Printer" hardware family
2. Create a "Paper format" with the compatible printer = "EPSON TM-T88"
3. Workstation: configure a new printer of:
- Type: Printer
- Sub Type: Ticket
- Hardware: EPSON TM-T88
- Ticket size: The paper format you have configured at step 2.
4. Configure a simple thermal ticket template that fit the receipt size:
- Less than 5 inches (otherwise, tickets will NOT be resized to fit the paper size)
- Only use simple images (big or complex images will impact the printing quality)

6. Create a sales order for the above configuration and tickets will be printed to the receipt printer.
