New features

Online sales

  • A new type of season ticket called a fixed price season card, allows your customers to buy a card of X matches inside a championship (for example 5 matches for a 19 matches championship) and select the matches in a later step. Read more

Back-office

  • (Tournament operation) You can now cancel and refund tickets or products without Ticket Holder data.

  • A new feature - a communication panel for product updates, has been delivered to the Dashboard of the S-360 back-office. You can access it via the button "What's new in S-360". The communication panel will provide back-office users updates about new features, valuable content, and important updates about S-360.

  • The entrance and the external entrance of a ticket are now visible in the ticket list and ticket details screens of the sales module.

Onsite sales

  • Until now, it was not possible to easily prevent anonymous sales. This feature is now available at the box office by granting/removing the new access right “Anonymous sales”.
