Batch process
- Take profit of the numerous additional filters allowing you to define precisely which reservations may be cancelled:
- You can select the document to be sent to the end customer. This document may be customised in the same way as other documents.
- The reminder batch (that sends reminders for bookings approaching the deadline but that doesn't cancel bookings) benefits from the same additional filters.
On-line process
- You can still manage options and reservation cancellations from the menu "Follow-up of options/reservations" in the sales management menu (organisation context).
- After you have selected the reservations to cancel, a pop-up will allow you to select the document to be sent to the end customer:
- The cancellation itself is now systematically performed in batch so that the behaviour is exactly the same in both batch and on-line process. You can follow the cancellation process by clicking on the link provided in the information message, as shown below (see green rectangle):
