V4 Notification Content Management
Instead of customizing native TIXNGO Notifications content directly from the Multilingual screen, content will now be managed from the Communication Templates dedicated Notification's screen.

The list of the default Notification Templates will be now visible in the Notification tab.

We leveraged the new communication engine in V4 to rename template keys and streamline notification configuration by reducing the number of templates.

Notes: push.ticket.controlled is a new Notification Template available to Organizers. It sends an automatic push notification to the ticket owner as soon as their ticket is marked as controlled, making it more suitable than campaign-based communication for real-time, per-ticket information. Common use cases include:
Delivering seat directions and section guidance exactly at the moment of entry
Providing real-time promotional offers only to spectators who actually entered the venue
Sharing event-specific instructions enriched with ticket-level variables (seat, section)
This notification template especially supported the Seating variables from V4 Variables for Emails & Notifications

Edit Notification Template
By clicking on the inline Edit button of an existing template, you’ll be redirected to a new dedicated screen to edit your Notification Template.
From this screen, you can either :

Redirection URL – A URL that the user will be redirected to when tapping the notification. Leave blank to redirect to the default screen for each notification type.
