Downloaded ticket take back
Do your sponsors and commercial affiliates owning tickets need to keep full control over the ticket allocation and distribution? For example, some of their guests might have already downloaded all their tickets but won’t be using some of them. You can now offer them even more control over that process and allow them to autonomously take back tickets even after there are downloaded in your TIXNGO app.

This feature could be abused by ill-intended users allowing them to “sell & distribute” tickets and then taking them back from fans. It is thus very important to restrict it to trustworthy users only.
Getting started
A new parameter has been added to the Point of Sales parameters to allow the take-back (reclaim) of “downloaded” tickets, in addition to the existing option for taking back “injected” tickets.
Note: Allowing the take-back of downloaded tickets may introduce a potential vulnerability, as it could be exploited by bad actors to sell, reclaim, and resell tickets.
Here is how it works:
Off: Do not allow to take back downloaded tickets.
Relay: Only allow Relay contacts to take back downloaded tickets.
Relay and public: Allow both Relay and Individual contacts to take back downloaded tickets.
This option requires the Allow taking back injected ticket option to be enabled.

Switch to "Distributed" on the remaining ticket
Click on the map button of the performance
Click on the Distributed ticket
Select the zone that contain the ticket.
Select the ticket.
Click on the Take Back button
Click on the Confirm & Take back

Toggle on "Already distributed tickets" in the portal.
Click on the seat map button of the product.
Toggle on "Display distributed" on the map.
Select the zone that contain the ticket.
Select the ticket.
Use the "Add to Cart" action to select tickets.
Assign the reclaimed tickets back to yourself or another user.

Open Details on any ticket you want to reclaim.
Use the "Add to Cart" action to select tickets.
Assign the reclaimed tickets back to yourself or another user.
