Fans who reserved new Season ticket seats have a due date to pay their renewals. If they miss the deadline, they have to pay a higher rate.

In order for the club to handle this price changing process for mass tickets, a new batch is introduced.

Solution

A new batch is created with the following possibilities:

• Updates price of the old tariff, or changes to a new tariff
• Apply for Single entry (Event, Competition) and Season tickets (all types)
• Define a new payment deadline

How to get started

You need to make sure the batch is available on the Institution and you have the right to enter the batch set up screen.

Create a batch from Organization > Tools > List of batches > "Batch to update price for reservations"
